DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Deposits are non-transferable to other designs or clients. Please ensure you are 100% prepared to be tattooed before your appointment.

A deposit is required for ALL tattoo appointments.

A deposit secures your spot for the date and tattoo concept and will be taken off the total cost of the tattoo.

I don’t accept full payments upfront. This helps ensure that my time is respected for each session, especially with larger projects that can be unpredictable. Payments are made per session to keep things fair and flexible for both of us. While I try to give a fair estimate of the total cost of a multiple session tattoo: Please be prepared for the possibility that the final cost may exceed the initial estimate.

My Workflow Process

Design & Drawing

I don’t begin sketching any designs until a deposit has been made. For larger tattoos, I also don’t start drawing immediately—please keep in mind that I work on multiple designs daily and take necessary breaks on my days off to maintain a healthy workflow.

That said, I completely understand the excitement of seeing progress, and I want to make sure you’re happy with the design before your tattoo session. I’ll be in touch to share updates and ensure everything is on track. For smaller designs (typically two hours or less of tattoo time), I usually finalize the drawing on the day of the appointment.

a deposit will be void if:

  • You no call no show. You will not be rebooked. Instant fire as a client.

  • You are 15mins late without proper notice.

    • 15mins before up to your Appt Time is not proper notice.
  • You cancel or reschedule with less than 24hrs notice.

  • You reschedule more than twice.

    • In the event you need to reschedule a second time, but don’t know the new date yet, you may ask to hold up to 6months or a new deposit will be required. 
    • If you need to move an appointment a third time, you will be asked to use the Appt Calendar online for a new deposit. No Exceptions.
  • If the area to be tattooed is sunburnt/injured aka the skin is not able to be tattooed.

    • If you can move the placement then we can proceed but in the event I would have to make a new design then it will have to be counted as a loss and you would need a new deposit for a new day.
  • Accidents happening within 24hrs may be rescheduled ex: falling and injuring/hospital, etc— without penalties. Emergencies happen and I care more about your well-being.
